If our justice system was so perfect, than this wouldn't be one of the things the FBI does: The FBI also investigates allegations of misconduct on the part of law enforcement officers, including physical abuse, infliction of summary punishment, and deprivation of rights through fabrication of evidence. got to www.fbi.gov and look under civil rights.

You know what's sad is there is information on professional government sites such as www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/ and the previous site and we're giving these people this information. But it doesn't matter....just because the government says that evidence is fabricated and there are innocent people in prison, they are still set on arguing the facts.... Maybe they think the government is wrong? hmmmmm.....

I had thought that Police Depts. had an Internal Affairs officer/s to handle complaints from the public and that the FBI did handle oversight on these if needed, and would step on rogue depts like New Orleans from a few years ago when they were really corrupt...
Right?

ya know i think the pros know that there is a lot of cops and government stuff going. they know this and accept it so long as it doesnt involve them.

If your talking about during the trial...the answer is no. The questioning was perfect. He was found not guilty.
